How long does delivery take?
All SkyJacob™ pieces are handmade and carefully prepared before shipment. Because of this, processing and delivery can take up to 2 weeks, depending on order volume, product availability, destination, and carrier handling time.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. SkyJacob™ ships worldwide where available. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, customs processing, local postal services, and carrier conditions.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information if tracking is available for your shipment.
Are customs duties or import taxes included?
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges required by their country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost unless clearly stated at checkout.
What happens if my package is marked as delivered but I cannot find it?
If your package is marked as delivered, please first check your mailbox, building entrance, neighbors, reception, local post office, or delivery point. SkyJacob™ is not responsible for packages that are marked as delivered by the carrier but are missing, stolen, or misplaced after delivery.
Returns
Can I return my order?
Yes. You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. The item must be unused, unworn, undamaged, in its original condition, and returned with all original packaging and accessories.
Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method for all returns.
What happens if my return package gets lost?
SkyJacob™ is not responsible for return packages that are lost, delayed, damaged, stolen, or delivered to the wrong address during return shipping. If a return package does not arrive safely at our return address, we cannot issue a refund.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may need several business days to process the refund.
Orders & Payment
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will do our best to update the shipping address. Once an order has been shipped, changes may no longer be possible.
Can I cancel my order?
If your order has not yet been processed, we may be able to cancel it. Please contact us as quickly as possible. Handmade or already processed orders may not be eligible for cancellation.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Available payment methods are displayed at checkout. Payment must be completed before your order is processed.
Where can I track my order?
You can use the Track Order page in the Customer Care section. Fill out the form with your name, email, order number, and message, and send your request through WhatsApp.
