Shipping policy

SkyJacob™ ships orders to the address provided by the customer at checkout. Please make sure your shipping information is complete and correct before placing your order.

All SkyJacob™ pieces are handmade and carefully prepared before shipment. Because of this, order processing and delivery can take up to 2 weeks, depending on order volume, product availability, and destination.

Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed and may be affected by customs, carrier delays, holidays, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside of our control.

After your order has been placed, we may not be able to change the shipping address. SkyJacob™ is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost packages caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated shipping information provided by the customer.

Once an order has been shipped, the customer will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking information if available.

If your order is marked as delivered by the carrier but you cannot locate it, please first check your mailbox, building entrance, neighbors, reception, local post office, or delivery point. SkyJacob™ is not responsible for packages that are marked as delivered by the carrier but are missing, stolen, or misplaced after delivery.

For the highest protection, we recommend choosing insured shipping where available. If the customer chooses a shipping option without insurance, SkyJacob™ cannot be held responsible for loss, theft, or damage after the package has been marked as delivered by the carrier.

If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, refusal to accept the package, or failure to collect the package from a pickup point, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the order.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges required by their country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost unless clearly stated at checkout.

SkyJacob™ is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or local postal services.

This policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights that may apply under applicable law.
