Refund policy
At SkyJacob™, every piece is handmade and carefully prepared before shipment. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.
14-Day Return Period
You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to request a return.

Items sent back without contacting us first may not be accepted.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- unused
- unworn
- undamaged
- in its original condition
- returned with all original packaging and accessories
We reserve the right to refuse a return or reduce the refund amount if the item shows signs of wear, damage, misuse, missing parts, missing packaging, or any condition that prevents the item from being resold.
For hygiene and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns for items that have been worn, altered, damaged, or used.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method. SkyJacob™ is not responsible for return packages that are lost, delayed, damaged, stolen, or delivered to the wrong address during return shipping.
If a return package does not arrive safely at our return address, we cannot issue a refund.
Refunds
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or payment provider may need several business days to process the refund.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately after delivery.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and include clear photos of:
- the item
- the packaging
- the shipping label
We will review the issue and contact you with the next steps.
Handmade Product Variations
SkyJacob™ pieces are handmade. Small variations in color, size, shape, pearl appearance, texture, or finish may occur. These natural differences are part of the handmade character of the product and are not considered defects.
Non-Returnable Items
We may not accept returns for:
- worn or used items
- damaged items caused by the customer
- altered or modified items
- items missing original packaging
- items returned without prior approval
- gift cards, if offered
Legal Rights
This policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights that may apply under applicable law.
